Located at the back of Mamitas Beach Club so two minutes from the beach and two minutes from the famous 5th Avenue. This loft is unique and specially designed for an adult couple … You can enjoy the magnificent rooftop swimming pool with views to infinity of the Caribbean Sea.
For diving enthusiasts, the dive shop is on the corner of our street and you can be served in French, English and Spanish. For golf lovers, you are a five minutes taxi ride from the famous golf club PLAYACAR.
Also, our condos are equipped with large bedrooms, each with a king bed and full private bath. A sofa bed and mattresses will be available to accommodate more people. You have a bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer besides a huge balcony to relax.

The Sabbia condos is the best condominium building in town. From Sabbia it is easy to access to the beach (Mamitas & Kool beach clubs). The famous Quinta Avenida with all its restaurants is only a few steps from Sabbia.
This building offers a huge and amazing pool with pool chairs and great common areas to enjoy the gardens. There is nothing like this building in the downtown area.you also can do your work out at the gym or play pool in the game area. The building has an underground parking area. It won’t be a problem if you have two cars.
The apartment has two bedrooms and is located on the fourth floor. It covers a surface of about 110 square meters. The dining room, living room & kitchen are under a covered terrace in an open space, to access to the apartment you have to take the elevator and then use a stairway. to access to the open air zone (covered terrace) you should go through the master bedroom. Stay in this comfortable and great apartment. in the central tower with a great pool view from the balcony

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION !!! À pieds d’une superbe plage de sable blanc et de lLA rue de restaurants,bar et magasins de souvenirs….. Que dire de plus, superbe condo très très propre, luxueux, vue imprenable de la piscine sur le toit Je vous le recommande fortement!!

Beau condo bien entretenu et à quelques pas de la plage Mamitas et l activité du centro. Pour ceux qui aiment la piscine sur le toit, vous serez choyé avec une superbe vue par contre si vous voulez de l ombre vous en aurez pas. Manque de parasol ou de palmier pour se protéger du soleil.
